Apas Aqua Return Policy

At Apas Aqua, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The product delivered is incorrect or different from what you ordered.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and invoice intact.

Return Window

  • You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
  2. Our customer care team will verify the request and provide instructions for return pickup or shipping.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • In other cases, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting necessary details.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed water purifiers.
  • Consumables such as filters and cartridges, unless damaged or defective.
  • Custom or bulk orders unless faulty.
